1 teaspoon each of Chinese soup stock or chicken stock, garlic paste, and soy sauce

Instructions:
Separate the tuna from the oil. Flake the tuna into small pieces.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Cut the lettuce, removing the core and cutting it into small pieces.
Heat a pan over high heat, add vegetable oil and the oil from the tuna, then add the beaten eggs.
Add the cooked rice, garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the tuna and lettuce, cook until the lettuce is wilted but still crisp.
Remove from heat, serve with black pepper if desired. Enjoy!
