Rinse and cube up three medium russet potatoes. Season with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Air fry at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Cook 1 cup of bacon in the oven at 400°F for approximately 30 minutes. Chop them up once done.
Season 2 lbs of chicken breast and cook until golden brown or internal temperature reaches 165°F. Mix in reduced-fat cream cheese and low-calorie buffalo sauce.
Add the chicken mixture to a bowl. Top with chopped bacon, reduced-fat cheese, and enjoy.
