Add mirim, red pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and oligosaccharide to the bowl and mix well.
In a pan, heat sesame oil and add sesame seeds, onion, and butter. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Add kimchi and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the flour mixture to the pan and stir well.
Add olive oil, potato chips, syrup, chili powder, and starch powder to the pan and mix well.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice.
