High Protein Steak, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Burritos (Original video)
Ingredients:
Lean ground beef
Taco seasoning
Tomato sauce
12 eggs
Butter
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese
Tortillas
Avocado
Greek yogurt
Lime juice
Garlic powder
Salt
Instructions:
Season lean ground beef with taco seasoning, mix well, and cook in a pan until golden brown and crispy. Add tomato sauce and mix to coat.
Prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Beat 12 eggs, scramble in a pan with melted butter until light and fluffy. Season with salt and pepper.
On a warm tortilla, layer cooked beef, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and creamy avocado sauce. Roll tightly into a burrito.
Toast the burrito in a pan until crispy. Reheat when ready to eat. Enjoy!
