32 oz of cheese (medium cheddar, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, or other melting cheeses)
3 tbsp of butter
Dry seasonings to taste (onion powder, ground mustard, paprika, black pepper)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Boil the macaroni in salted water for 7 minutes, then drain and season with onion powder, black pepper, and a mix of cheeses.
In a separate bowl, mix evaporated milk with onion powder, ground mustard, and beaten eggs.
Add the seasoned macaroni to the milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
Transfer the macaroni mixture to a 13x9 pan with butter, top with remaining cheese, paprika, and additional butter.
Pour heavy cream over the top and gently mix to ensure even distribution.
Cover with foil sprayed with oil to prevent sticking and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
