Mix in starchy water, then combine with macaroni off the heat.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
For Pangra Tata, cook bacon, herbs, and garlic until golden, then add breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle Pangra Tata over baked mac and cheese before serving. Enjoy!
