Slice super firm tofu thinly and marinate with beefless broth, Vegemite, soy sauce, kitchen bouquet, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oil, and water. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until slightly dry and chewy.
Grill diced onions in vegan butter and oil until caramelized.
Rehydrate baked tofu with vegan beef broth or water until juicy.
Make cheese sauce by blending cashews with plant milk, then heating with onion powder, garlic powder, white wine vinegar, pickled jalapeno brine, and vegan cheddar shreds until melted.
Assemble sandwich with bread, vegan mayo, calabrian chilies, tofu meat, and cheese sauce.
Optionally, grill tofu meat, top with vegan cheese, add water, cover to melt, and drizzle with more cheese.
