Kaashman (Original video)

Ingredients:

• Eggs
• Vanilla bean or vanilla extract
• Sugar
• Butter
• Strawberries or plums
• Orange juice or lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
2. Fold in sugar and vanilla bean seeds or vanilla extract.
3. Butter and sugar a mold, then pour in the mixture.
4. Bake in a wood-burning oven until fluffy and light.
5. Warm up strawberries or plums with orange juice or lemon juice.
6. Serve the Kaashman with the fruit compote. Enjoy!
