4 center cut pieces of salmon, about 6 to 7 ounces each
Dijon mustard
Kosher salt or sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lay the salmon pieces on a plate and dab them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Spread about half a tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the top of each salmon piece.
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.
Spray the top of the salmon with olive oil or avocado oil spray.
Place two salmon pieces in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded.
Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes, slightly undercooking the salmon.
Repeat the process for the remaining salmon pieces if cooking more than two.
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve with your favorite side dish.
