Air Fryer Dijon Mustard Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 center cut pieces of salmon, about 6 to 7 ounces each
- Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt or sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Olive oil or avocado oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lay the salmon pieces on a plate and dab them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Spread about half a tablespoon of Dijon mustard on the top of each salmon piece.
- Season the salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.
- Spray the top of the salmon with olive oil or avocado oil spray.
- Place two salmon pieces in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes, slightly undercooking the salmon.
- Repeat the process for the remaining salmon pieces if cooking more than two.
- Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve with your favorite side dish.
