Wash and cube the russet potatoes, soak for 30 minutes, then dry and spray with olive oil. Season and air fry at 400°F for 30-40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cook 14 slices of center-cut bacon for 30 minutes, then set aside.
Dice the sirloin steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. Cook on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. In another pan, sauté jalapeno and white onion. Combine in a bowl with reduced-fat cheese, chopped steak, and diced bacon. Serve and enjoy!
