Process red bell peppers, green bell peppers, yellow onion, parsley, and garlic in a food processor until almost liquefied.
Add the processed veggies to the meat mixture along with cracked eggs.
Make a panad by blending bread, milk, and beef base until smooth, then add it to the meat mixture.
Season with Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Form meat mixture into balls about the size of a baseball.
Preheat oven to 360°F and bake meatballs for about 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For the sauce, sauté diced yellow onion and garlic in olive oil until softened. Add San Marzano tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
Blend the sauce until smooth, season with salt, and add fresh basil. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Plate the meatballs with the sauce and enjoy with spaghetti or pasta of your choice.
