Defrost the frozen chips and deep fry them on medium heat.
Let the chips dry for 20 minutes.
Refry the chips on high heat to make them turbo crispy on the outside.
Leave the chips to drain and set them aside.
Place some seasoned oil in a pan and heat it up.
Add onions and peppers along with salt and MSG. Mix well.
Add garlic and cook for about 20 seconds.
Add the chips to the pan and sprinkle white pepper, black pepper, salt, MSG, chili flakes, and fried spice (optional).
Mix everything together and serve hot.
