Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Breakfast Oats
  2. Grate half an apple and mix it with yogurt and cinnamon.
  3. Add oats and let them soak for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Chop the other half of the apple.
  5. Optional: Toast apples, oats, and chopped walnuts in a pan with cinnamon.
  6. Spread soaked oats in a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy.
  7. Lunch Wrap
  8. Cut chicken thigh into strips and season on a cutting board.
  9. Cook chicken in a hot pan until browned.
  10. Prepare a honey chili sauce by mixing yogurt, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, hot sauce, and lime juice.
  11. Salt tomatoes and slightly heat up the tortilla.
  12. Assemble the wrap with sauce, chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, and cilantro.
  13. Wrap and cut into portions.
  14. Afternoon Snack
  15. Cube cucumber, tomato, and hot pepper.
  16. Mix with mixed beans, cilantro, salt, lime juice, and capers.
  17. Serve on whole wheat thin wafers/crackers with a base of yogurt.
  18. Dinner Chili Garlic Noodles
  19. Pat dry and crumble tofu.
  20. Fry tofu in a well-oiled pan with green onion, red chili, garlic, and ginger.
  21. Add dark soy sauce and cook until tofu turns dark.
  22. Add oyster sauce and water to create a sauce.
  23. Cook ramen noodles separately and add them to the pan.
  24. Mix in green onion and chili slices.
  25. Serve and enjoy.
  26. Note: Adjust ingredient amounts based on personal preference and serving size.
