Instructions:
Rinse canned chickpeas and cook in water with baking soda for 20 minutes until soft.
Soak minced garlic in lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes.
Remove chickpea skins, blend chickpeas with garlic-lemon mixture, water, and cumin in a food processor for 1 minute.
Add tahini and olive oil, blend for another minute until smooth.
Adjust consistency with water if needed.
Serve hummus with sliced vegetables, pita bread, and garnishes like whole chickpeas, cumin, parsley, and olive oil. Enjoy!
