Season diced chicken breast with preferred seasonings and mix with a bit of olive oil. Cook on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
Remove cooked chicken from heat and mix in honey and reduced sugar or sugar-free barbecue sauce.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a pan on medium heat, combine fat-free evaporated milk, cream cheese, and chicken stock powder. Add light cheddar cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
Add cooked and drained pasta to the cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.
Divide the honey barbecue chicken and mac and cheese into four equal servings and enjoy.
