Speedy Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm beer at 110°F
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 envelope (about 2 and 1/2 tsp) instant yeast
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 tsp KitchenAidable seasoning
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning blend
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 can tomato sauce
- Sriracha (to taste)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Pepperoni
Instructions
- Warm the beer to 110°F in the microwave.
- In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and instant yeast.
- Add the warm beer, extra virgin olive oil, and KitchenAidable seasoning to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth and knead the dough.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing baking soda, oregano, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, brown sugar, olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, tomato sauce, and Sriracha.
- Stretch out the dough on a generously oiled and floured pizza pan.
- Top the crust with sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake at 400°F on convection until the pizza is cooked.
