Pour 400g whipping cream into a bowl and whisk until soft and creamy.
Add 140g of condensed milk and 60g of pure & sugar-free cocoa powder into the bowl and mix quickly with a whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a mold or glass and freeze for 4 hours.
Scoop the ice cream and enjoy! Adjust the temperature of the fridge if the cream is too hard to scoop.
Optional: add color to the ice cream by using a scoop and choosing the better one.
Store any leftover ice cream in the freezer.
