In a bowl, mix boursin cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and Brit's Cookin' garlic and herb seasoning.
Prepare alfredo sauce by melting butter, adding minced garlic, stirring in heavy whipping cream, and whisking in parmesan and asiago cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
Spoon a cup of alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread ricotta boursin mixture over lasagna noodles, add chopped rotisserie chicken, and mozzarella cheese. Roll them up and place seam side down in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F covered for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
