175 grams (1 and 3/4 cups) mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and mushrooms.
Add minced beef, cook until browned. Stir in tomato puree, oregano, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, beef stock cube, chopped tomatoes, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Make bechamel sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk. Stir in cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Layer lasagne in a baking dish: meat sauce, lasagne sheets, white sauce, meat sauce, repeat twice. Top with mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling. Garnish with parsley before serving.
