In a third bowl, add olive oil to the dough, coat it well, cover, and let it rise in the fridge for 24 hours.
Deflate the dough, shape it into a ball, place it in a greased rectangular pan, and let it rise in a warm spot for four hours.
Dimple the dough, add desired toppings, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
