Instructions
- Roasted Chicken Stock
- Roast chicken carcass, drumstick, and skin in the air fryer at 375°F for 25 minutes.
- Transfer roasted bones to a slow cooker with water and aromatics. Cook for 8-12 hours, then strain for stock.
- Crispy Air Fried Tofu
- Cut firm tofu into cubes or chunks, season with salt, and air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally until crispy.
- Healthier Falafel
- Blend soaked chickpeas, onions, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and salt. Form into balls and air fry at 370°F for 8-9 minutes.
- Grilled Cheese with Crispy Onions
- Air fry thinly sliced onions at 300°F for 15 minutes.
- Assemble bread slices with cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and optional tomato. Air fry at 358°F for 5 minutes.
- Teriyaki Salmon with Crispy Broccoli
- Season salmon with salt and pepper, air fry until cooked.
- Coat broccoli florets with oil and salt, air fry until crispy. Serve with rice and teriyaki sauce.
- Crispy Soy Chicken
- Marinate chicken thighs with garlic, ginger, five spice powder, dark soy sauce, and honey. Air fry at 385°F for 15 minutes.
