Preheat oven to 375°F. Drizzle olive oil over giant garlic buds and roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Mix the baked garlic cloves with 1 cup of slightly melted butter.
Prepare the filling by seasoning the garlic butter mixture with spaghetti seasoning and adding grated cheese.
Roll out the dough and spread the filling evenly, adding extra cheese on top.
Roll up the dough and cut into even pieces to make 8 tall rolls.
Allow the rolls to proof until doubled in size.
Brush on extra garlic butter sauce before baking at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
Once baked, brush on more butter and serve fresh. Enjoy your savory cheesy roasted garlic cinnamon rolls!
