Cook beef in a pan with light butter for 6 minutes on high heat until fully browned.
Add garlic, soy sauce, honey or maple syrup, rice vinegar, green onion, and sesame seeds. Mix and cook for 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Set aside.
Add chopped cabbage, white and green onion. Cook for 5 minutes until soft. Then add eggs and scramble.
Add leftover rice, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, green onion, coriander, and sesame seeds. Mix until the color changes.
For the yum yum sauce, mix fat-free yogurt, light mayo, ketchup, Sriracha, garlic powder, and a dash of milk until smooth.
Serve the high protein garlic teriyaki beef fried rice with the yum yum sauce. Enjoy!
