Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
Spray with avocado oil and air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix dark soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, a splash of water, and cornstarch.
Saute onions and peppers, then add the sauce mixture.
Add garlic and cooked chicken, stir and cook for a few more minutes.
