McDonald's Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 500 grams ground beef
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Diced onion
- Ketchup
- American Mustard
- Pickles
- American cheese
- Cheeseburger bun
- Butter
- Oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add 500 grams of ground beef, salt, and ground black pepper. Thoroughly mix together.
- Roll the ground beef into a ball and place it under some baking paper. Using a spatula, press down flat until it's about one inch thick. Adjust the thickness to your preference.
- Place a large frying pan onto your stove top over medium heat. Add a splash of oil and heat for one minute.
- Place down your cheeseburger patty and cook for 60 seconds, then flip. Add butter continuously and stir for five minutes. Season with salt.
- Once the cheeseburger patty is cooked to your liking, remove from heat.
- Cut your burger bun in half and place down the patty. Add cracked black pepper, salt, American mustard, ketchup, diced onion, pickles, and American cheese.
