Prepare garlic paste, broccoli, and spring onion (if using). Cut chicken thighs into diced pieces.
Season chicken with onion powder, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Prepare sauce by combining honey, sriracha sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until smooth.
Cook rice in water with a pinch of salt for 14 minutes. Sear seasoned chicken in peanut oil for 10 minutes.
Add honey sauce to chicken, cook for 1 minute until thickened. Optionally, add sesame seeds.
Saute broccoli in peanut oil with salt and pepper for 5-6 minutes until slightly softened.
Portion rice, broccoli, and chicken in containers. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Store containers with lids on in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 4 months.
Reheat in the microwave before serving. Enjoy your meal prep!
