In another pan, melt butter, add maida, and cook for 3-4 minutes. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Season the white sauce with salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, and mixed herb seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Add vegetables and pasta to the white sauce. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Adjust sauce consistency with milk or water if needed. Add grated cheese and mix until melted.
Serve hot with red chili flakes, mixed herb seasoning, and extra grated cheese on top. Enjoy!
