Juice of 1 lime
1-2 tablespoons water
Flesh of 1 small ripe avocado
Handful of cilantro
Sea salt to taste
Juice of 1 lime
1-3 tablespoons water

Maple Mustard Balsamic Dressing:
Citrus Basil Dressing:
Yogurt-Based Dressing:
Peanut Salad Dressing:
Cilantro Lime Avocado Dressing:
For each dressing, combine the ingredients in a sealable jar.
Seal the jar and shake vigorously until well combined.
