200 grams of water at 93°C
Instructions:
Fold and rinse the V60 paper filter before brewing.
Grind 14 grams of Brazil Tera Farm A La Varial coffee to a medium-coarse consistency (start with 25 clicks on the grinder).
Set water temperature to 93°C.
Begin brewing by blooming the coffee with 50 grams of water for 30 seconds.
After blooming, pour water up to 200 grams in a circular motion, aiming to finish pouring by 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Total brew time should be around 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
Lift the valve to cut off the last drops and avoid over-extraction.
Enjoy the aroma and flavors of the coffee, noting tropical fruit and floral notes as it cools down.
Serve and savor the coffee while warm.
