In a bowl, mix oat flakes, salt, baking soda, and mixed seeds.
Add kefir/yogurt, egg, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 20 x 10 cm (8 x 4 inches) loaf pan.
Sprinkle seeds on top for decoration.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
