In a food processor, combine minced beef, chopped onion, yogurt, milk, salt, red pepper, black pepper, and fresh thyme. Blend until well combined.
Place the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and roll it into a log shape. Refrigerate for at least a day for best results.
When ready to cook, slice the meat log into thin pieces.
Heat a pan with butter and cook the sliced meat pieces until browned on both sides.
