Make pizza dough and let it rest at room temperature.
Prepare marinated tomatoes by mixing diced tomatoes, fresh basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate.
Make garlic butter by combining salted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and flat leaf parsley. Simmer for a minute or two.
Preheat a frying pan with olive oil and stretch out the pizza dough in it.
Brush garlic butter over the dough, including the crust. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Brown the base in the frying pan, then transfer to the oven under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
Add marinated tomatoes and top with burrata cheese, garlic oil, flaky sea salt, and pepper.
Cut and serve. Enjoy!
