Melt dark chocolate and butter together, set aside to cool.
Whisk caster sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Mix in melted chocolate and butter.
Sift and add flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder, mix well.
Pour batter into a baking tin and bake at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
Bake plain flour for cookie dough, then mix with sugars, butter, salt, vanilla, buttermilk, and chocolate chips.
Spread cookie dough over cooled brownie.
Make ganache by melting cream and dark chocolate, pour over cookie dough.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
