Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and fry for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Grease a plate with olive oil. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and put the yolks on the plate.
Add the crumbled feta cheese to the egg whites and mix well.
Take out the parchment paper/foil from the chicken breasts and place them on a baking dish.
Add the feta and egg white mixture on top of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Add the Gruyère cheese on top of the chicken breasts and feta mixture.
Add the egg yolks on top of the cheese.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the yolks have reached the desired doneness.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
