In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, creamy peanut butter, casein vanilla protein powder, and salt.
Add the skimmed milk and mix until everything is combined.
If using casein protein powder, add 50g of water and mix until the mixture is homogenous.
Line a baking tin (8x20cm) with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the tin.
Spread the mixture evenly and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool on a plate for 20 minutes.
Cut into desired shape and enjoy!
