In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef and pork sausage.
In a food processor, blend onion, celery, carrot, garlic, and parsley until smooth.
Make a panade by mixing old bread and milk until thick, then add it to the meat mixture.
Add eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the meat mixture.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Form meatballs by hand and place them on a baking pan.
Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the meatballs for about 45 minutes.
Once cooked, serve the meatballs with pasta, sauce, and melted cheese on top. Enjoy!
