Saute onion, garlic, and chili in a pan until fragrant.
Add spinach to the pan and cook until it becomes a fraction of its former self.
In a separate pan, mix paprika, salt, oil, and almonds and toast until crunchy.
Remove spinach from the pan and place it in a serving dish.
Add the toasted almonds on top of the spinach for a contrasting texture.
Squeeze lemon juice over the dish for a contrasting taste.
Serve and enjoy!
