Boil spaghetti in salted water and cut scamorza cheese and bacon into small pieces.
Mix spaghetti, scamorza cheese, and bacon in a bowl and let it cool down.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
Add the spaghetti mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
Heat oil in a pan and add crushed garlic. Remove garlic when it's golden brown.
Pour the egg and spaghetti mixture into the pan and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
Flip the omelet and cook for another 5 minutes without a lid.
Serve hot and enjoy!
