Saute leek or green onion in oil to make pa-gi-reum or green onion oil.
Add chopped kimchi and a can of tuna (drained) to the pan.
Mix in gochujang, cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, and sugar.
Even out the rice on the pan and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts.
Top with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
