Instructions:
Add pre-cooked or leftover rice to a large sheet pan and pour over the chili garlic sauce.
Preheat the oven to 475°F and switch to broil.
Pour frozen vegetables over the rice and broil until done.
Mix with shredded chili garlic chicken.
Pour a mixture of eggs and egg whites onto the same sheet pan.
Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
Chop up the eggs and add to the fried rice.
Prepare chili garlic chicken in a slow cooker.
Mix pre-cooked or leftover rice with chili garlic sauce and frozen vegetables, then broil.
Add shredded chili garlic chicken and baked eggs to the rice.
Top with green onions, sesame oil, and low-calorie spicy mayo. Mix well before serving.
