Drain the chickpeas and remove the skins by rubbing them with water for two minutes.
Add the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor.
Add ice and blend for 7-8 minutes until smooth.
Adjust the taste by adding more tahini, lemon juice, or salt to your liking.
Let the hummus settle for a few hours before serving.
Serve with cumin, sumac, olive oil, and parsley. Enjoy with chips or as a dip.
