Combine onions, garlic, spring onions, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, fresh ginger, brown sugar, fresh nutmeg, Pimento seeds, ground cinnamon, salt, pepper, olive oil, Scotch Bonnets, and tomato ketchup in a blender.
Blend the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the marinade into an airtight jar and store it in the fridge for future use. Enjoy!
