Cut the ahi tuna into three-quarter inch cubes, making sure to remove the bloodline.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna with Alaea Hawaiian sea salt, sesame oil, oyster sauce, green onions, sweet onions, and sesame seeds.
Mix all the ingredients together until the tuna is evenly coated.
Plate the tuna over some warm rice.
Add a touch of spicy mayo on top of the tuna.
