In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Mix and let it activate until it foams up.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and add the activated yeast mixture. Stir well.
Pour the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 7 to 10 minutes until smooth. Add more flour if it sticks.
Brush the dough with olive oil, cover, and let it rise for 90 minutes. Punch it down and divide into four equal pieces.
Roll out the dough.
Heat a pan on the stove, add the pizza dough, and top with your favorite toppings. Cook until the bottom is charred and smoky.
Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet and broil for a few more minutes.
