Toast breadcrumbs in butter for garnish.
Add fresh tomatoes to the sauce, simmer, then blend with heavy cream.
Cook bucatini pasta in salted water until al dente.
Combine cooked pasta with Lobster sauce, Lobster meat, and cold butter.
Plate the pasta, garnish with toasted breadcrumbs, chives, and optional olive oil.
