Lather chicken wings with yellow mustard and season with Asian inspired barbecue seasoning.
Smoke chicken wings for 1.5-2 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove chicken wings from smoker and let them cool.
Preheat frying oil to 325°F.
Fry chicken wings for 1-2 minutes.
In a separate pan, combine homemade chili oil, honey, minced garlic, and sesame seeds. Simmer until it starts to bubble.
Toss chicken wings in the chili oil and honey glaze.
Finish off with more honey and scallions.
