Honey Chili Oil Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- Yellow mustard
- Asian inspired barbecue seasoning
- Frying oil
- Homemade chili oil
- Honey
- Minced garlic
- Sesame seeds
- Scallions
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 250°F.
- Lather chicken wings with yellow mustard and season with Asian inspired barbecue seasoning.
- Smoke chicken wings for 1.5-2 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken wings from smoker and let them cool.
- Preheat frying oil to 325°F.
- Fry chicken wings for 1-2 minutes.
- In a separate pan, combine homemade chili oil, honey, minced garlic, and sesame seeds. Simmer until it starts to bubble.
- Toss chicken wings in the chili oil and honey glaze.
- Finish off with more honey and scallions.
- Enjoy!
