Set up your AeroPress by pulling out the plunger, placing a paper filter in the holder, and locking it in.
Grind the coffee beans to a fine consistency, closer to espresso range.
Add the ground coffee into the AeroPress and boil water.
Adjust water temperature based on roast level: lighter roasts can use boiling water, while darker roasts may require lower temperatures.
Start a timer and pour 200 grams of water over the coffee, ensuring even saturation.
Wait for two minutes, then gently swirl the AeroPress to knock down the coffee crust.
After 30 seconds, press gently and evenly until all the coffee is extracted.
For a 200 ml brew, pressing usually takes about 30 seconds.
Pull back slightly to prevent drips, then clean the AeroPress for future use.
Adjust grind size and temperature if needed for desired taste.
