Ingredients
- 11 grams of light roasted coffee
- 200 grams of water
Instructions
- Set up your AeroPress by pulling out the plunger, placing a paper filter in the holder, and locking it in.
- Grind the coffee beans to a fine consistency, closer to espresso range.
- Add the ground coffee into the AeroPress and boil water.
- Adjust water temperature based on roast level: lighter roasts can use boiling water, while darker roasts may require lower temperatures.
- Start a timer and pour 200 grams of water over the coffee, ensuring even saturation.
- Wait for two minutes, then gently swirl the AeroPress to knock down the coffee crust.
- After 30 seconds, press gently and evenly until all the coffee is extracted.
- For a 200 ml brew, pressing usually takes about 30 seconds.
- Pull back slightly to prevent drips, then clean the AeroPress for future use.
- Adjust grind size and temperature if needed for desired taste.
- Enjoy your freshly brewed AeroPress coffee!
