Melt the chocolate bar, cocoa powder, and espresso powder with hot, melted butter.
Add granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and salt to the melted mixture.
Beat 6 eggs and add them to the sugar mixture.
Pour the ganache into the mixture and mix well.
Sift all-purpose flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and fold.
Pour the batter into the prepped tin and smooth it out.
Bake for 20 minutes and then take the tin out and slam it on the kitchen counter.
Add sea salt (optional) and bake for another 25 minutes.
Let the brownies cool down and then cut them into squares.
Clean the knife after each cut.
