Heat olive oil in a pan and fry 1 glass of rice for 2 minutes.
Add 2 glasses of water and salt, then boil for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, fry 3 cloves of garlic in olive oil until lightly browned. Add and scramble 3 eggs with the garlic and rice mixture.
In the same pan, fry 1 chopped onion until transparent. Add 1 chopped carrot, French Beans, 1 chopped pepper, Corn on the Cob, peas, and spring onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add soy sauce and ginger to the vegetable mixture and fry for an additional 5 minutes.
Combine the vegetable mixture with the egg and rice mixture.
Serve hot and enjoy!
