Ingredients

  • Fish (such as red tilapia or tilapia), cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Green onions
  • Garlic
  • Chili peppers
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon crispy fried flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish with garlic powder, seasoning powder, pepper, paprika chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Beat the eggs and pour them over the marinated fish. Mix well and let it sit.
  3. Prepare the sauce by combining sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, pepper, paprika chili powder, seasoning powder, and water. Stir until well combined.
  4. Add crispy fried flour to the marinated fish and mix until coated.
  5. Fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil.
  6. In a pan, sauté garlic and chili, then add the prepared sauce mixture. Cook for about 1 minute.
  7. Add the fried fish to the sauce and gently stir to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with green onions and pepper. Serve hot. Enjoy!
