Crispy Fried Fish with Garlic Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- Fish (such as red tilapia or tilapia), cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- Green onions
- Garlic
- Chili peppers
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika chili powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon crispy fried flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the fish with garlic powder, seasoning powder, pepper, paprika chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Beat the eggs and pour them over the marinated fish. Mix well and let it sit.
- Prepare the sauce by combining sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce, pepper, paprika chili powder, seasoning powder, and water. Stir until well combined.
- Add crispy fried flour to the marinated fish and mix until coated.
- Fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Drain excess oil.
- In a pan, sauté garlic and chili, then add the prepared sauce mixture. Cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the fried fish to the sauce and gently stir to coat evenly.
- Garnish with green onions and pepper. Serve hot. Enjoy!
